As part of an international research project, we are investigating which factors and strategies can help successfully reduce habitual social media use. The goal of the study is to better understand the underlying psychological mechanisms of habits and how they can be changed. The findings will help develop effective interventions to change digital usage habits and promote long-term health and well-being.

Students aged 18 and older who speak German or English, own an iPhone, and are willing to limit their social media use are eligible to participate in the study.
