We are very pleased to congratulate Ann-Kathrin Sowa on winning a poster award at the 3rd BUW Poster Congress hosted by the Institute of Psychology!
In her current research project, “Good Morning Scrolling,” Ann-Kathrin is investigating how social media use in the morning can be reduced. As part of an intervention study, the research aims to explore how people can be supported in avoiding reaching for their smartphones immediately after waking up and instead starting their day more mindfully.
Ann-Kathrin was awarded a poster prize for her presentation of this research project. We are very proud of this wonderful recognition of her work and warmly congratulate her on this success!
