Team BUW meets… Prof. Dr. Mariek Vanden Abeele

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Prof. Dr. Mariek Vanden Abeele from Ghent University as a guest for a full day of exchange, inspiring conversations and fun activities.
We started the day by talking about our current research projects and discussing open questions, and continued our exchange over lunch together.
Later, we took the Schwebebahn to the Schwebodrom, where we explored the Schwebebahn’s history – including a VR ride along the route as it looked in earlier decades.
