For general questions regarding your studies, please initially contact the secretariat during the office hours listed on the homepage or via email (music{at}uni-wuppertal.de).

If you do not have your questions clarified elsewhere, allocate sufficient time (at least 3 weeks) for potential concerns. For general questions regarding your studies, please initially contact the secretariat (only) during the office hours listed on the homepage or via email (music{at}uni-wuppertal.de).

This includes, for example, the following inquiries:

1. Registration for examination review

2. Questions regarding bookings of courses via StudiLöwe (e.g., after the registration window has closed)

3. Access to Moodle courses

Please understand, however, that no confirmation of receipt will be sent and that it may take a few days or even weeks to process your request, but we strive for a timely response. Please refrain from sending repeated inquiries. If you have not heard from us for 3 weeks, feel free to follow up or utilize office hours.

Please refrain from direct inquiries to Prof. Radtke.

If you require a 4.0 certificate for your Bachelor's or Master's thesis, please contact your supervisor or the person assessing your thesis as early as possible. (Please inquire directly upon registration of the thesis).

Important Information

To register for courses, please pay attention to the deadlines on StudiLöwe. Students who miss the deadline but wish to register for a course should contact Mrs. Music to request retrospective admission to a course.

Lectures can also be attended without prior registration!

Passwords for Moodle courses are generally provided in the first session. If you cannot attend, please ask your fellow students 1.) for the access information, and only then send an email to the administration office, stating the title of the event and the module number, requesting the Moodle access data. However, please note that it may take some time to receive a response (the email volume is enormous).
