Good Morning scrolling

Using social media platforms directly in the morning is nothing unusual.  However, this is often associated with so-called infinite scrolling (IS). This often gives users the feeling of being trapped in a loop of use, which unfortunately prolongs the use of social media platforms. The aim of the Good Morning Scrolling study is to change the daily morning routine. The effects of a new morning routine on well-being, flow experience at work and health are to be investigated. Daily diaries are planned over a period of approx. 2-3 weeks.
The project is currently in the pilot phase.
